Greg Winn has more than 45 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry, with more than 20 years’ experience as a senior operations officer.

Greg is a cofounder and the CEO of WCM Global LLC.

Greg is a cofounder and COO of TruCo Technology LLC. TruCo’s vision has been to invest and partner with companies in the US and internationally that have a desire to move to the Next Generation networks that enable a world class mobile experience, high speed broadband as well as differentiated services to end users.  Most recently, TruCo was involved in the bid process for the Mexico’s Red Compartida project. 

Greg served as Telstra’s Chief Operations Officer from August 2005 to April 2009. His responsibilities included Infrastructure Services, Wireless, Network and Technology, Product Management, Information Technology, Procurement and the Billing directorate.

As COO Greg had an integral role in the strategic design and execution of Telstra’s five-year transformation program.  Transformation touched every part of the business from the core operations in the factory to the customer facing businesses.  Greg drove one of the most ambitious and complex transformation programs anywhere in the world.  The benefits to Telstra have been significant: accelerated revenue growth, an integrated view of customers, advanced products and services, speed to market, lower costs, less complexity and a cultural change.

Prior to joining Telstra, Greg served 30 years with USWEST and its predecessor companies. Greg began his career as a lineman and subsequently held positions in network services, corporate finance, small business services, product management and sales. He served as Executive Vice President, Operations and Technologies and Executive Vice President Retail Markets at US West. 

John Gonner was the head of Operations in 1983 for the built out of the first cellular networks in the United States at New Vector, the Mobile subsidiary of US West. John was the first in the US to build out 4 of the top 30 Cellular markets and first in Cellular network operation in every mobile market in 53 US West markets.


John moved to US West International in 1993 to head up International wireless engineering from Denver.  He helped with London’s first One-to-One network, Russia, Hungary, Malaysia, Bomb Bay India, and many new International license designs.

In 1995 John moved to US West as VP Wireless Engineering to head up the new rebuild of US West wireless PCS business. He engineered, built and operated over 40 US Wireless PCS markets before Quest took control and sold the wireless business.

In 2002 John worked for Orange in London and Paris on the engineering and network quality measurements of 16 companies consolidated into the new Orange.  John Gonner was appointed Executive Managing Director, Wireless at Telstra in January 2006. He was responsible for the wireless architecture, engineering, design, execution and wireless operations for the NextG network and the alignment of the company’s wireless strategy. Telstra’s NextG network won the Guinness book of World records for the largest and fastest Mobile network in the world.

Telstra then assigned John in 2009 to re-build their Hong Kong network to architect and execute on another “NextG; network to stifle the competition.

John won the International Financial Times award and the CDMA Development Industry Achievement Award in the year 2000 for innovation in developing new open standards for wireless networks and using the new design at the Salt Lake City Olympics.

John is a graduate of De Vry Technical Institute in Chicago, and attended Drake University and William Penn College in Iowa.

Tim Mason has more than 35 years’ experience in the telecommunications and cloud services industries, with more than 15 years’ experience as an executive.

 In the past 16 years Tim has held several executive positions at start-up technology companies.  Since 2012, Tim has worked with TruCo Technology in various consulting projects.  From March 2011 through November 2011 Tim was President and CEO at Cerelink, Inc., a private cloud computing provider to the digital media industry.  Cerelink provides High Performance Computing infrastructure in the "Cloud” dedicated to each customer.

 Tim served for 5 years as EVP of Operations/ COO of SIMtone Corporation.  SIMtone developed software for Telco’s and Cable Co’s in the United States, Europe, Australia and Asia that allowed any value added service to be delivered over any IP network to any low cost end-user device, at a low cost, at carrier scale and with very high security.

Prior to joining SIMtone, Tim was EVP of Sales and Operations for 4 years at Yipes Enterprise Services, a Metro Ethernet Company.

 Tim began his career at Mountain Bell / US WEST Communications in 1981 as a Frame Attendant, went into management in 1989 and held numerous middle and senior management roles through 2000 including Vice President Central Office Operations, Network Management & Corporate Disaster Recovery and VP Central Office Planning, Engineering and Installation.

Linda Christian is a senior executive with extensive leadership and management experience in the US and internationally. Linda has broad proficiency in finance and accounting, call center operations, credit management, strategic planning, program management and compliance.  Linda has demonstrated the ability to lead large teams through significant change.

Linda has served as the Vice President Program Office and Controls for TruCo Technology LLC.  In that role she played a key role in operationalizing the Company’s vision to invest and partner with companies in the US and internationally that have a desire to move to the Next Generation networks that enable a world class mobile experience, high speed broadband as well as differentiated services to end users.

Linda was an independent consultant from 2009 to 2014.  She worked with TruCo on various projects since 2009.  As a consultant, she has been hired domestically and internationally to consult on financial and operational matters.

Linda joined Telstra in 2005 as Executive Managing Director Operations Services and Business Processes.  In that role she acted as an advisor to the CEO, COO and CFO on strategy, was responsible for managing a team of 1,100 employees and contractors that were accountable for the Billing and Credit Management transformation, Credit Management operations, transformation internal controls and risk management.

 Linda served 22 years with US WEST in multiple disciplines, including CFO Retail Markets, Vice President Network Operations and Technologies and Director Credit Management.

Linda is a graduate of Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska and the University of Denver in Denver Colorado.
